Responsibilities

·       Answer telephones and transfers to appropriate department

·       Greet and interact with clients, vendors and visitors

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

·       Copying, filing, faxing, mailing, emailing and organizing

·       Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office

·       Processes new contracts, contract addendums and lender title requests

·       Provides support to Escrow and Title Department by assisting in administrative duties

·       Coordinates scheduling of closings and conference rooms

·       Ensure reception area and conference rooms are presentable and clean for clients

·       Miscellaneous tasks assigned

Qualifications

·       High School diploma or equivalent

·       2-4 years escrow experience

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

·       Ability to read and interpret purchase agreements

·       Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees of organization

·       Team oriented with the ability to work independently.
