Meritage Homes (Meritage) is looking for an entry level IT support to assist the helpdesk to complete company service requests in a timely and thorough manner consistent with Network Services quality standards and procedures. Works under general supervision and demonstrates in-depth problem solving and critical reasoning skills. Possesses excellent communication skills and is responsive to end user needs while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and customer service.
Schedule will be Monday - Friday. Work hours can be flexible, 7 AM - 4 PM; or 8 AM - 5 PM; or 9 AM - 6 PM.
