Responsibilities

  • Experience creating and leading overall digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Manage digital marketing website content and SEO optimization
  • Utilize data to maximize website marketing within budget to optimize lead funnel management
  • Create and manage social media strategy and plan
  • Leader in space with solid understanding of standard tools and techniques to continually improve online marketing performance in all areas.
  • Strategic leader able to collaborate with other leaders in Marketing department, cross functional department leads and vendors to execute on plan.
  • Must be able to lead, influence and gain adoption from senior level executives.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment that includes gaining stakeholder feedback and suppor for multiple functions across the organization.
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Must be able to operate at a full strategic level, while also managing the plan and sometimes operate “in the weeds.”

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience online/digital marketing in leadership roles
  • Very strong strategic and execution skills
  • Very strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Very strong results optimization and budget management skills
  • Team and vendor management skills
  • Ability to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completion
  • Experience in an environment that requires execution across multiple locations, like retail, homebuilding, etc.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in online marketing and must be able to use a computer and be
    proficient in the software programs that the company uses such as Word and Excel
  • Background in Google Analytics, AdWords, Excel (pivot tables), and SQL (basic queries) highly preferred
  • Strong Oral/Written Communication and Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills; ability to
    communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism
  •  Thrive in a fast-paced environment where one is constantly learning and solving new business challenges
    and working on projects and problems not encountered before.
  • Take initiative on owning projects and excel at building out best practices and processes by sharing
    newly-created documentation for new projects.
  • Be flexible and able to manage projects independently and provide leadership for cross-functional team
    initiatives.
  • Frequent interactions with a wide variety of internal and external contacts, with all levels of authority and
    responsibility
  • Team Player; and demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams
  • Must have strong analytical skills to assess and drive informed decision making.
  • Results-oriented, accurate, with keen attention to detail
  • Self directed; takes initiative, proactively addresses problems
