Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide general marketing support to the Regional Marketing Director as well as to the divisional marketing teams
  • Prepare and/or coordinate collateral, signage and other marketing materials
  • Perform regular website audits and update as needed
  • Coordinate vendor set-up, contract management and accounts payable
  • Coordinate virtual tour process
  • Assist in creating and distributing eblasts
  • Event coordination for Realtors and consumers
  • Prepare and distribute regional reports
  • Complete special projects as requested

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

  • 1-3 years of marketing administrative support experience preferably in homebuilding or real estate.
  • Advanced computer skills with expertise in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), eblast systems, photo editing and website content management systems
  • Strong oral/written communication, editing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
  • Must be able to learn quickly and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams in a support role
