Meritage Homes is looking for a Customer Care (new home warranty) Coordinator for our Southern California office. Our office is currently located in Corona, but will be moving to the Irvine Area in March of 2018. The Customer Care Coordinator is the initial point of contact for homeowners. This position directs the flow of information from the homeowner to construction managers and customer care associates and processes all information related to warranty service. You will coordinate duties related to managing customers warranty files as well as warranty processes and documentation.
