Meritage Homes is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator for our Southern California office. Our office is located in Irvine. The Customer Care Coordinator is the initial point of contact for homeowners. This position directs the flow of information from the homeowner to construction managers and customer care associates and processes all information related to warranty service. You will coordinate duties related to managing customers warranty files as well as warranty processes and documentation.
