  • Responsibilities

    • Lead and develop the talented people who make up our Customer Care Team
    • Ensure your group is performing exceptional service in alignment with our new home warranties and and high internal standards
    • Analyze the service needs of the division and develop programs to elevate performance and enhance the home owner experience.  
    • Partner with Construction and Sales Teams to ensure consistancy and support among all team members.
    • Build relationships with our vendor partners and subcontractors to ensure the quality and timeliness of work performed meets our standards.  
    • Resolve issues in a proactive manner and ensure vendor purchase orders and payments are processed as per your approval, ensuring cost effective resolutions
    • Ultimately responsible for resolving issues that have been elevated from a Customer Care Team Member, unsatisfied homeowner, homeowner association, or subcontractor.


    • General residential construction experience highly desirable
    • No less than two (2) years Customer Service experience
    • High level of technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Must be able to analyze defects or product problems to discover the root cause, and determine solutions to produce the desired outcome; often under pressure
    • Must be responsive to customer needs while maintaining a high degree of professionalism     
    • Ability to explain complex issues to others in a manner easily understood by both construction industry professionals and customers
    • Previous management experience with strong leadership skills including the ability to set objectives, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance of staff
