Essential:- Utilize Build Pro to directly manage job set up, scheduling, rescheduling, identify schedule adherence and support internal and external users; perform daily maintenance in Build Pro to ensure job sequencing compliance. - Support all internal and external Build Pro users as it relates to timely delivery of homes. - Work with Meritage Homes construction managers and trade partners to maintain clear and accurate reporting in Hyphen BuildPro.- Liaison with construction managers to ensure they accurately report Process Improvement Opportunities (PIO) in a timely fashion. Use PIO management to improve build efficiencies and report obstacles/challenges. - Assist with all SCI (Production) reports, forms, documents, tasks and requirements- Assist in facilitating dialogue and reports between trade partners and construction as it pertains to cycle time adherence and have the knowledge to make changes and adjust schedules when needed- Support the SCI (Production) Manager in areas of research and reporting to meet expected business goals by utilizing all available resources.- Perform other tasks and projects as directed
