- Manage homebuilding construction through all phases to ensure the delivery of a quality home.- Schedule subcontractors and delivery dates for materials.- Ensure all building codes and Meritage Home standards of quality are met.- Conduct walk-through inspections and other scheduled inspections with the homeowner. - Communicate safety standards to laborers and sub-contractors; enforces safety regulations on all job sites. - Maintain a clean and organized jobsite and subdivision.- Interact daily with various departments of company, subcontractors, customers, and city inspectors.- Attend Construction, monthly and quarterly meetings.
Meritage Homes is seeking a Regional Marketing Director who will serve as a strategic business partner by developing and implementing selected division, region and national marketing initiatives in order to achieve company goals. The Regional Marketing director will also be responsible for meeting the specific marketing needs of division sales teams, coordinating activities of subcontractors, along with performing other assorted marketing-related functions. Building strong relationships, collaboration and support of sales leadership, Division Presidents, and Area Presidents are a key component of this role. - Visit Divisions on a monthly basis and tour communities to ensure brand compliance and overall appearance.- Attend division land tours as needed.- New Communities:- Develop Community Opening Strategies for each individual community and work with Divisions to execute on the plan- Participate and contribute to new community theming to include model parks, plan names and descriptions, community name research and street names- Attend Model Presentation meetings for all new communities with designer and division management- Attend frame walks and model management walks as available- Attend Grand Openings as available.- Meetings:- Weekly Regional Marketing Calls- Divisional meetings as needed on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. Provide any setup support requested.- Weekly one on one calls with direct reports to cover urgent division items as well as to provide career development and mentorship- Annual marketing meeting, location TBD. Help to provide content and organization to the corporate team.- Develop Strategies for struggling communities that are behind on their business plan and coordinate execution with division marketing management- Work with divisions to provide support of their overall business plan. Develop high level monthly/quarterly/ annual marketing strategies that drive the business- Participate in development of strategy, messaging and implementation of division, regional and national marketing activities- Review of divisional websites and provide feedback on a monthly basis- Produce and analyze division marketing reports: Results analysis tracking, ROI, scorecard measures, eblast results, and other analytics- Act as the ‘Corporate Liaison’ to communicate any new brand changes, promotional launches, corporate initiatives, structural transitions etc…- Budget:- Develop annual division budgets- Review monthly project marketing , model furniture and advertising budgets with division marketing manager
- Answer phone calls and greet arrivals to the Design Center/Studio M- Schedule Design Center/Studio M appointments and coordinate customer communications- Maintain a well-organized, updated and clean studio environment. Replace samples after appointments and call trade partners for replacement samples.- Attend all training sessions.- Assist with preview times and special events.- Facilitate previews and appointments as necessary. While appointments will be facilitated by Design Center/Studio M consultants, the studio coordinator should be prepared and able to facilitate as needed- Respond to questions from Field, Customer Care, trade partners and contractors on change orders and color selections and to buyers’ issues.- Pull spec home selections, when required- Order/maintain supplies- Set up, post and maintain buyers’ files- Assist in keeping product reference information current- Meet or exceed expectations set for customer experience scores
